Very pretty hotel with inspiring architecture and beautiful gardens. Nice canopy bed and cool decoration details throughout. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Set in a serene valley surrounded by stunning mountain views, this hotel boasts a perfect location. The rooms are cozy and rustic, with antique décor that adds to the charm. The service is excellent, staff takes great care to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast is substantial with fresh options and delicious coffee. The outdoor pool is a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel is a sight to behold.

The Wi-Fi connection is somewhat weak and unreliable.

Excellent views, sociable owners & excellent interiors

Not really the hotels fault but road signs in the area are very bad. People need to be aware they need to get some really specific directions from say the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by mountains and forests in an old village that added a unique touch to my trip. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they made my stay even more comfortable. The parking was well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful valley with charming surroundings and a perfect temperature. I was really impressed with the excellent food provided in the restaurant and at a reasonable price. The spa was also a great way to relax and warm up after being out in the cold.

Sadly, the Christmas decorations, or lack of them, were quite disappointing. There was nothing to enjoy in my room except for the regular decor. In addition, the staff seemed a little disinterested and did not give off a very warm vibe.

We had booked a junior suite that states on the Booked.net web site that you have a private balcony. My understanding of a private balcony is somewhere that you could sit? The first room we were given had french windows but no balcony, thankfully the hotel was not full and the owner was happy for us to change room to one which had a balcony.

Very good hotel!! Very romantic, cosy and very comfortable. We felt like we were in home. Excellent to go with the family or in couple.

Beautiful views of the mountains and countryside. The hotel had great amenities, including a pool and terrace for drinks and dining. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Limited breakfast options, which lacked variety and a stale cake. The room's bathroom could use some updates and paint.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was stunning, right in the middle of a picturesque village surrounded by beautiful mountains. The views overlooking the valley were breathtaking. The hotel itself was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool and restaurant area were excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We also appreciated the range of amenities and activities available, including a spa & wellness centre, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.
